What ShadowOps Does

The full list of capabilities, each labeled by where it truly stands.

Capabilities, labeled honestly

Below is the current set of capabilities. The status on each one is the real status. A research candidate is not a product. Something tested locally is not yet a production service. When work moves forward, the label moves with it.

Ask Charley Bach

Status: Live

The personal site for Charley Bach: writing, projects, and a front door to this work.

ShadowOps Labs

Status: In development

This site and the operations work behind it. Being launched now, built in the open.

GIMP Creative Production

Status: Built, tested locally

A local, scripted image production capability using open tools. It turns a defined composition spec into real, reproducible assets (source files plus web ready exports) with automated checks. The artwork on these sites was made with it, not stock photos or external image generators.

Case Studies

Status: In development

Honest writeups of capabilities that have been built and tested. The first is published.

Monthly Reports

Status: In development

A regular, plain summary of tangible progress, designed to be checkable rather than promotional.

Ward 6 Initiative

Status: Research candidate

Early research into local, community scale opportunity in Northeast Ohio. A research candidate, not a service.

Northeast Ohio Opportunity Intelligence

Status: Research candidate

Exploratory work on gathering and organizing regional opportunity signals. Research stage.

Loaner Lifecycle

Status: In development

A loaner asset lifecycle capability for an institutional partner: tracking assets through their working life with careful, auditable steps. In development.

Profile Forensics Tool

Status: Built, tested locally

A local tool for examining workstation profile state to support careful diagnostics. Built and tested locally.

ShadowOps Core

Status: In development

The shared foundation the other capabilities build on: explicit execution, logging, and safety rules. Ongoing.
