The goal. Produce real, on brand visual assets for the ShadowOps and Ask Charley Bach sites without paying for stock photography or relying on external image generators, and do it in a way that can be repeated and checked.
What was built. A local, scripted production pipeline on top of open image tools. It takes a defined composition specification and produces a layered source file plus web ready exports, running automated checks along the way so the output is reproducible rather than hand tweaked each time.
The result. The hero images, this case study graphic, the monthly report cover, and the research brief graphic used across these sites were all produced by it. Every automated check passed. No stock imagery and no external image generation were used anywhere on these sites.
Honest limits. This is a local capability that has been tested locally. It is not yet offered as a hosted service, and this writeup does not claim results it has not produced.
